Gizlilik Politikası

Smi/e (“Uygulama”), işletmelerin depo, stok, sipariş, sevkiyat ve cari takibini saha ekipleriyle yürütmesi için tasarlanmış bir iş uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, Uygulama’yı kullandığınızda hangi verileri işlediğimizi, neden işlediğimizi ve haklarınızı açıklar.

Uygulama giriş ile korumalıdır ve yalnızca işletmenizin size verdiği firma kodu, kullanıcı adı ve şifre ile kullanılır. Uygulama içinde gördüğünüz veriler işletmenize aittir ve işletmeniz adına saklanır.

İşlediğimiz veriler

Hesap bilgileri

Firma kodu, kullanıcı adı ve şifre (kimlik doğrulama için).
Rol ve yetki bilgileriniz (hangi modülleri görebileceğinizi belirler).

İşletme verileri

İşletmenizin girdiği sipariş, cari (müşteri adı, telefon, adres), ürün, stok, sevkiyat ve finansal kayıtlar. Bu veriler siz veya iş arkadaşlarınız tarafından oluşturulur ve işletmenizin kendi güvenli veritabanında tutulur.

Cihaz izinleri (isteğe bağlı)

Kamera: yalnızca ürün barkodu okumak için, siz “Tara” dediğinizde kullanılır. Görüntü kaydedilmez veya yüklenmez.
Bildirimler: yeni sipariş, düşük stok gibi olaylarda anlık bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu (push token) saklanır.
Fotoğraf (opsiyonel): teslimat kanıtı eklerseniz ilgili fotoğraf yalnızca o teslimat kaydına bağlı olarak işletmenizin veritabanında tutulur.

Kullanmadığımız / yapmadığımız şeyler

Reklam göstermeyiz, reklam kimliği toplamayız.
Verilerinizi satmayız, pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.
Üçüncü taraf izleme/analitik (tracking) SDK’sı kullanmayız.
Cihaz konumunuzu (GPS) toplamayız. “Yol Tarifi” yalnızca adresi harici harita uygulamasında açar.

Veri barındırma ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verileriniz, veri işleyen olarak Supabase altyapısında (Avrupa Birliği bölgesi) barındırılır. Anlık bildirimlerin iletimi için Expo push bildirim hizmeti kullanılır. Bu sağlayıcılar yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken veriyi işler.

Saklama süresi

İşletme verileri, işletme hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabın kapatılması halinde veriler işletme yetkilisinin talebi doğrultusunda silinir veya dışa aktarılır.

Haklarınız

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulama’daki veriler işletmenize ait olduğundan, talepleriniz için önce işletme yetkilinize, ardından aşağıdaki adrese başvurabilirsiniz.

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.

Privacy Policy

Smi/e (the “App”) is a business application that helps companies manage warehouse, stock, orders, shipments and customer accounts together with their field teams. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights when you use the App.

The App is login-protected and is used only with the company code, username and password your business provides. The data you see in the App belongs to your business and is stored on its behalf.

Data we process

Account data

Company code, username and password (for authentication).
Your role and permissions (which modules you may access).

Business data

Orders, customers (name, phone, address), products, stock, shipments and financial records entered by you or your colleagues. This data is created by your team and stored in your business’s own secure database.

Device permissions (optional)

Camera: used only to scan product barcodes when you tap “Scan”. No image is stored or uploaded.
Notifications: your device push token is stored so we can send timely alerts such as new orders or low stock.
Photos (optional): if you attach delivery proof, that photo is stored only against the related delivery record in your business database.

What we do NOT do

We do not show ads or collect advertising identifiers.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
We use no third-party tracking/analytics SDKs.
We do not collect your device location (GPS). “Directions” only opens the address in an external maps app.

Hosting and service providers

Your data is hosted on Supabase (European Union region) acting as our data processor. Expo’s push notification service is used to deliver alerts. These providers process only the data needed to deliver the service.

Retention

Business data is kept while your business account is active. If the account is closed, data is deleted or exported at the request of the business administrator.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK (Law No. 6698), you may access, correct or request deletion of your data. As the App’s data belongs to your business, please contact your business administrator first, then the address below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address; the effective date is updated for material changes.
